Welcome To BAASH Open 2020
To launch our BAASH Open 2020 tournament we are sharing our initial details and expected timelines below #FirstToLast
CAPSL is hosting an online tournament of MOBILE LEGENDS AND BRAWL STARS from 20th November until 12th December on BAASH.
The tournament will be free to enter across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. A total of 10 influencers will join in and represent the team captains of the top 10 teams, competing for over US$5,500 prize pool!
NOV 13: Tournament Registration Opens
- Tournament registration opens on the 13th Nov! Make sure to pre-register here and team up with your friends and join before it’s too late!

NOV 20-28 – Preliminaries
Structure
- One to four open leaderboard tournament/s will be available per country
- Each Region will have +500 teams allowed
- Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia will compete in Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB)
- Each team must have at least 5 players, teams with fewer than 5 players will be removed from the tournament before matches begin
- Hong Kong & Macau, Taiwan, will compete in Brawl Stars
- Each team must have at least 3 players, teams with fewer than 3 players will be removed from the tournament before matches begin
Tournament Rules

- Each team will randomly play against another team on the same leaderboard, game modes will vary between game titles or region
- Winning a match will gain 2 points, drawing a match will gain 1 point for both teams, and losing a match will have no effect on your points
- Top teams with the most points on each leaderboard when Stage 1 is finished will automatically advance to Top 100 (Top 80 for MLBB / Top 20 for Brawl Stars)
- The number of teams qualifying for the next round will be different:
- Philippines: 30 teams
- Malaysia: 20 teams
- Indonesia: 20 teams
- Singapore: 10 teams
- Hong Kong: 10 teams
- Taiwan: 10 teams
DEC 2-DEC 5 – Top 100
Structure
- One open leaderboard tournament will be available per country
- Each leaderboard will be limited to those who qualified from the preliminaries
Tournament Rules
- Rules for Stage 2 will be similar to Stage 1
- Each team will randomly play against another team on the same leaderboard, game modes will vary between game titles or region
- Winning a match will gain 2 points, drawing a match will gain 1 point for both teams, and losing a match will have no effect on your points
- Top teams with the most points on each leaderboard when the Top 100 is finished will advance to the Playoffs on December 12th, 2020
- A total of 10 teams will advance to the Playoffs
Influencer Participation

- Every team that advances to the Playoffs will be assigned a BAASH Open Influencer (“Influencer”)
- The Influencer will represent as the team captain and will play all matches during the Playoffs
- Qualified teams will need to decide which team member to be replaced by the Influencer on their own
DEC 12 – Playoffs
Mobile Legends Bang Bang Series – Finals
- 8 teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia will play head to head against each other in brackets style. In the first round, matchups will be randomly chosen ahead of time by CAPSL and announced ahead of time before December 12, 2020
- The game mode played here will be 5 versus 5 (5v5) mode
- The Influencer will represent as the team captain and will play all matches during the Grand Finale
- Matchups will be played in best of one (Best of 1) in the first round, best of three (BO3) in the second round
- During the finals, the matchup will be played in the best of five (Best of 5). While the Third place placement match will be played in best of three (Best of 3)
- The Finals will have a Ban / Pick (BP) phase

I don’t have a team, can I still register?
Feel free to join our DISCORD channel to team up with other MLBB/Brawl Stars players looking for a team, BAASH is all for creating a community of gamers!
I am not from one of the selected countries, can I still join?
We prefer you are from one of the selected countries however if you are located near the regions, feel free to use a VPN to enter the tournament near your country.
I don’t know how the app works, who do I contact?
Contact our staff via our Discord or Facebook channel, we are more than happy to help.
My app stopped working, what should I do?
Try restarting the app or redownloading the app. Since BAASH is a new app, you may need to update it.
